On **-**-**** , my whirlpool refrigerator ( *** liters , mastermind model ) was repaired by the authorized service centre of the whirlpool company . Name and address of the authorized service centre : Name : INSPIRE TECHNOLOGIES Address : JANAK PURI , A- * , ASALAT PUR , NEW DELHI -****** On **-** -** , he demanded ₹ **** /- but later on settled at ₹ ****/- . After repairing , he gave me receipt no .*** , dated **-**-** , amount ₹ ****/- with three months repairing warranty . On ** -**-** ( within warranty period ) , the above mentioned refrigerator stopped cooling .on the same day , When the authorized service centre engineer / mechanic visited my house for repairing , In spite of warranty , he refused to repair in free and demanded ₹ ****/- for repairing . Now I am feeling cheated as despite my several telephonic complaints, the service centre is not doing the needful.
