I refer to my order number ****** where to provide a maid from March* onwards, the company charged me **, *** upfront payment in February. We were clear on the requirement. Since we are working professionals with a child at home, we needed someone with a clear background and we told them to take their time until they find a good candidate. Unfortunately, on **th February, they sent a maid and they did not even share her papers with me despite reminders.
The maid came from a family of criminal background and within first hour she informed us that she never wanted to work and will run back to Mumbai. We sent her back the same day without availing any service and requested book my bai to refund the money as we had not taken any services from them and due to lax attitude do not wish to take future services as well. Unfortunately, they are refusing to do so and sending us more profiles which we clearly do not want.
My request is that my money is refunded as no service was availed and there is no intent to take any services in future.
