I am a Senior Citizen residing at Jodhpur Park Kolkata and I have been availing the service of Reliance Fresh , Now its Reliance Smart for the last ** years and never I have witnessed such kind of rude, uncultured . abusive misbehaviour from Reliance Smart outlet manager.
On **th Sept I had purchased a bread and after some time I went back to return it and buy some other products. The manager said that he will not replace bread , then I told him to show me the instructions where its written that bread will not be returned, which he could not show. Instead he started shouting and abusing that he is not present here to answer my queries and he will not replace it. After that he told me to get out of the shop in front of other customers.
I cant understand how Reliance can hire such ill mannered managers who does not have the basic knowledge of customer handling and use abusive language. How dare he has the audacity to insult a customer ? It was an insult in front of so many customers which lead to severe mental tension.
I would request you to take severe disciplinary action against the manager of Reliance Smart Jodhpur Park branch Kolkata.
