Nisha Kaushik filed complaint against Taj India Resorts on Dec 23, 2019
We bought this service package from Taj India Resorts in October ****. We paid the full amount through EMI from the bank and they promised us services like * air tickets and hotel bookings which can be used any day we want to travel.
In November, We raised a request to travel nearby and they refused to provide services with some non-acceptable reason. We changed our destination on their request and nothing worked.
In December we again wanted to redeem our services and we were again not heard. The staff doesn't pick up calls and does not reply to emails.
We have mentioned explicitly several times that please refund our money we have not used a single service. But no one picks up calls and reply to emails.
We want our money back. We don't know whom to contact.
