Taj India Resorts - Services not delivered

The scheme of Taj India Resorts is totally fraud.
It started when they called us on our mobile and had some event at a hotel at mayur vihar and told us that we have won some free room nights to stay in hotels.
They forced us and explained schemes till * hour and told us some great schemes and took our yes with a promise that we will get ** room nights free for * years.
I have tried to book room with them several times but they only give excuses plus ask for some extra money to book room and I am not able to use this scheme even once
