Taj India Resorts - Promises not delivered Fraud Membership

So I was asked by maruti that I have won a free hotel visit to a hotel and after going there the Taj Resoorts Sales person tricked us into buying their membership they told told they are with Taj for more than ** years and just after buying the membership after some months I contacted them and they told they all left and since then no response has been received no Taj person gave me any hotel stay nothing they just stole my hard earned money
