Croma A Tata Product - Refusal for replacement or refund

I have purchased a water purifier worth Rs ****/- from Croma website on **/**/**** they have delivered the product on **/**/**** and send an installation guy on **/**/**** after which I came to know that there is no Reverse Osmosis purification system in this product. I have mistakenly ordered a product between two exactly similar products one which has Reverse Osmosis and other which don't by over sight. Now I am asking Chroma to replace my product with the one with the product which has Reverse Osmosis and I am even ready to pay if any extra charges are applicable or to refund me but chroma has refused to do so. I didn't even open the product until the Installation guy came and opened it. Please help Invoice no Invoice No: SLE***EC******* and Order Id: ************. Feeling cheated as these guys are refusing to replace or refund.
