Gayathri Devi R filed complaint against Myntra on Aug 26, 2019
I am writing in regard to the complaint raised by me on Myntra "Skagen connected men blue hybrid smartwatch" worth. To my sheer dismay that I have got a refurbished/used product. I conclude this due to below three points
*) The package came in a highly dirty packaging box (outer box case).
*) There is no manual nor the warranty card sealed by the company (checked with the store as well).
*) The watch was placed upside down in the watch case and the watch had alot scratches all over.
I raised the complaint on **th Aug ****, very next day but Myntra has declined my compliant without any proper justification. Again, I reopened the case for reinvestigation on **th Aug ****. Also, I have provided all possible evidence to support my complaint. But Myntra has been continuously harassing me.
from **th Aug ****. Till date, they have been trying all possible way to fool the customers by just borrowing time. They say that they will get back to me on the update and they never come back. Whenever they came back or they were contacted by me they again ask * working days. By borrowing such time, again and again, it has been almost * weeks. I have no patience to listen to their stories. I have all the package unboxing video and photos (see attached) to support my complaint. When going through the Facebook page of Myntra, I found a similar complaint where the customer has received a counterfeit product with no manual or warranty card.
Also, I checked with the brand SKAGEN and they also affirmed that the product box contains the warranty and manual. Please find attached the relevant documents in support of my complaint. Fooling customers like the way they are doing is highly unacceptable. These kind of e-commerce platforms which cheat customers are unfit to be in the Indian market. I am afraid likewise me how many others would have been affected by Myntra.
But I am voicing out and demand them a resolution. I have been traumatized mentally, due to the loss of my hard-earned money.
The product I ordered was meant to be a gift to somebody and now I am clueless after getting harassed by Myntra. I request you to please consider my compliant and help me get back the money I spent.
I trust Voxya and believe that this kind of consumer exploiters should not be entertained in our society.
