I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my ODA classes enrollment for my child and subsequent cancellation.
I had made the payment on **th May **** and on May **, **** I had cancelled my enrollment. I was assured by ODA on December **, **** via email, that the management would prioritize my refund request.
Despite repeated follow-ups and providing the necessary details requested by ODA on multiple occasions, regrettably, it has been over ** months since my cancellation, and I have not received my refunds. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring the prompt processing of my refund.
