Oda class pigeon education pvt Ltd - Refund not received

I had enrolled for a week trial class for my kid.They promissd quality classes, doubt clearing plus **pm -*pm mentor teacher availability . Based on this I had enrolled for master program. On the day *, instead of the Math class, they scheduled a Social studies class during which , kid tried for requesting for mic but wasn't given a single chance to speak and the class honestly was not that great as what they promised Witnessing my kid's disappointment, i decided to withdraw her from this class and requested for refund on *st class on *rd June. Its already ** days , I'm not getting any update on the status except call from the mentor saying that either send your kid to the class or forget about the refund. The company promised ***% refund policy within * days of enrollment, I feel cheated as they are not responding on the refund amount.
