My daughter attended the Concept Booster Course.
After the class, we were offered the Full syllabus course.
As my daughter cannot attend the classes at the scheduled time, I discussed with mentor teacher Ali and he offered to arrange the class at *:** pm for my daughter.
He also arranged a call with Mr. Neel where he provided the details of the course and confirmed the class would be at *:** pm.
After that Mr.Ali helped in registering for the course.
After registering the problem started as they stopped communicating.
I did not receive details of the class. I did multiple follow ups but neither Ali or Neel are responding to my calls and messages.
I emailed to the support group. Also sent whatsapp messages to the support group adding Mr. Ali and Neel.
Neel said they will arrange refund but still no updates.
They are trying to scam and cheat peoples..
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
