Clovia - refunds not given

I am literally weeping from last one month. I wasted my so much precious ** hours in contacting customer support. But they are extremely fraud people. They have eaten up all my hard earned money. They have no fear of God. They picked their return items immediately but didnt gave any refund saying they have not received any items.
I know that God will punish them for this big fraud.
I am writing here to save other people. In the beginning they gave me little refund in the clovia wallet to make me trust them & invest much more. But now I am so afraid that I will not deal with them.I have all the evidences .
