Clovia - Money not refunded even after cancelling the order

I ordered a bra from clovia on **rd july **** then on the same day i put it up for exchange since the size was not really for me and the previous order was picked by shadowfax next morning i saw the box and all the cards given by clovia were thrown outside my house and the bra was gone i called the delivery guy he got mad at me for asking why he threw away everything including my bill. Anyways after that clovia received their product but on **th july i felt something is fishy so i cancelled my exchange order and today which is *rd August, **** and i still haven't received my refund i was told that i will get it in *-* days.
