Clovia - Products not delivered orders autocancelled refund forced to wallet instead of bank

I had placed multiple orders with this app but they never deliver the products. They keep the order status as “ordered” for almost a month and then automatically cancel it without any proper communication.

Instead of refunding my money back to the original payment source (bank/UPI/card), they refund it to the app wallet. This is highly annoying and feels like a deliberate business tactic to trap customers into reordering, even when they don’t want to.

I no longer wish to order from this app and I demand that my refund be credited back to my original payment method, not the wallet. I have **** in my wallet & I want it to be sent back to my account. Their practice of delaying, auto-cancelling orders, and forcing refunds to the wallet is frustrating, unfair, and unacceptable.
