Prem filed complaint against Air India on Aug 3, 2020
Dear Sir,
I made booking PNR - YZ*DJ for **th March flight But Air India cancelled my booking stating Space issue. I was forced to book another flight and then called Air India and asked to refund and their CS confirmed me that my payment will come within **days to credit card . However despite my several request no refund made as yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
