Rohit Gavhane filed complaint against Air India on Jan 15, 2024
On *th January I had to miss my flight from Mumbai to Delhi with PNR number **AZ*V due to very slow process work by ground staff it took them more than ** mins to do the check in baggage clearance for **-** members due to which I had to book indigo flight St extra cost around **,*** however their staff was quiet quick and it took them only ** mins for the same amount of que clearance. Also right now on ** January as well my Mumbai to Delhi flight with PNR number **C*WG got delayed by more than * hours and in same as well none of the ground staff has provided the correct information what happened inside the process. Hence I am requesting the refund of *th Jan as well as some compensation for **th Jan delay.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
