I have booked two train tickets from GOIBIBO which has been cancelled by IRCTC due to COVID-** and I have recieved message on **.**.**** but I Have not recieved any refund till date and there is not any customer executive to which I can talk.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
