Please escalate this matter to highest authority, as its been a month and I have called your service center atleast *** times but still no proper solution is provided..
They give their commitment that your refund will be proceed in * days but it's been a month.
When i reached hotel at **:** Pm they denied to give the hotel key just because i've paid online nd they accepted cash.
They Said - Aapne online payment q kari hamein aap cash dijiye hum aapko key de denge otherwise aap cusromer care pe call karke cancel karwae !
Atleast i called maximum ** times at your shit customer care no response from there side. Aur mujhe bhut req k baad unhone *:** p key di nd guess what they provide me room at *th floor nd told me that not use to escalator !!!
They misbehave me nd then room me na to lights thi nd tv jo main mail me attach kar chuka hu
Your service centre is just a shit shit shit...
they put my call on hold, tell me that they will call you back after * hours and boom no call from their side !!!
Worst service Oyo !!!

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
