On **th of May ****, I have made a payment for relax plan for rented properties in bangalore. First of all I was given wrong information that I would b given an RM within ** mins who would b showing some flats in person n ol. As I was in emergency I had only one day to look after the flats to rent. After I took the plan there was no call from their side and I was the one who was following up for the RM n ol as was going out of time. After * hours one RM was assited but he was not aware of the Bangalore properties nd then after * hour the other RM was Appointed who just disappointed i.e Mr. Vaibhav Desai. He was showing me pathetic flats in village at which I also can view these flats in the app. The service was pathetic. He was sending us to see some flats without informing the owner and at the end we got to know that owner is out of town n ol. In this way they fooled us the whole day and then at the end of the day I myself have to find the broker nd pay him different for showing us the flat. Now why did I pay to no broker when these people can't give me service nd showing some pathetic flats in which we can also see that in the aap. I was given wrong information by Mr Kartik at which I had to pay for that plan. Nd till now I am just calling them everyday nd It is almost ** days but they are not giving solution. I request for the refund as they are just fooling the people over there and their customer service is pathetic. I immediately request for refund. Even Mr. Vaibhav is not replying and ignoring calls.
