I had returned the product on Jan. * morning to Delhivery courier. Product was returned with tags & in original package. Till evening, I did not get a SMS. I called Ajio customer care & they confirmed that package is received. Then Courier sent a SMS that pick up is unsuccessful. I called courier & he threatened to dump the packet back, AJIO's customer care is not giving my refund of around *** rs., I provided call recordings, followed up & i always get a copy paste response, this is nothing but harassment & blackmail of the gullible consumer. I have to wait for ** min. to get across to their support number & they offer no resolution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
