Ayushi filed complaint against Excitel on May 11, 2021
I have upgrated my plan to excitel fibre. But before any of the devices were sent to my place I cancelled that plan as I was relocating. I have been trying to connect them ever since they said u will get it within ** days but it has been more than ** days now and still nothing happend. When I connect to them some says it will be resolved in ** days and some says ** days. They r only not aware about there policy.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
