This company is a total fraud with no ethics. They will first take the money and book the ticket and then they will cancel and say that the refund will be processed within ** days. Since then, it has been almost * months, refund is yet to happen. Every time we call on the customer care number, the executives ask us to wait for another *-* days which is their chorus statement. The customer support executives will simply disconnect the call after saying and they do not have any manners. The executives are Ms. Vanshika, Ms. Pooja Tomar and Ms. Jyoti Kumari. Please DO NOT book tickets from here. They will take ages for a refund
