I'm anil kumar akula
I booked a ticket *th Jan **** from kavali to Warangal of * adults of amount is ***.* rupees
With transaction no:-*************
>That transaction is done my side with my debit card and that time all tickets are booked So Irctc show me "The Transaction is dropped" and refund in *-* days....
And i checked in my user id shows that amount is refunded ***.*
But amount is not credited in my account
My refund I'd is:-*************
