Pashupati nath Rawat filed complaint against byju s on May 5, 2022
I have purchase online course from byju for my two kids, they provided tap for course. But After * month tab was not working due to some software issue. I talked to byju and they suggested to show it in Lenovo service centre. But it was not in Rewari. So byju said we will replace it with in one week.
After ** days till now I have not got tab. So My kids could not study at byju.
Now neither they refund my mony nor they replace tab
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
