Byju s - Wrong information to woo customers to take the package

I have raised this concern more than one month back and still it is not resolved. I have sent a mail, contacted help line. Is there any way that Byjus will hear the concerns from parents or it only concentrates on ways of receiving money by providing wrong information to parents?
Unfortunately, there are two issues with me.
*One is i was duped with wrong information by Byjus Sales representative and suffering financially (I have written detailed mail on this issue and I have given the same detal below which is Highlighted).
Secondly.......I have enrolled mentor allocated to my daughter in the month of September has not called even twice till today to check her progress. Whenever i raise the issue by calling Byjus helpline, some random mentor will call back and inform me that AGNI (mentor) was not available and he will call back and they will assure they will inform. This is merely for closing the helpline call. No action has been taken.
By taking Byjus i have suffered both Finacially, psychologically. I don't have energy or time to fight with Byjus any more. I am requesting with folded hands that please cancel my subscription with Byjus and return back my money and take away the kit whatever you have sent.
*One Mr.Nishant (**********) approached me for Byjus for my daughter(IXstd) in the month of August ****. He told me that Course fee is ***** and we need to pay EMI of **** per month for one year. I clearly told him that i cannot afford **** per month. He gave me the option of paying through credit card where we can convert EMI into ** months. Unfortunately at that time my Credit card had some issues and payment was not done. I told him to wait for the CC to get activated. He then suggested one alternate way that we can opt for EMI without CC by giving SB account number and opting for ** months initially and after first EMI (around ****), we can convert the balance amount into ** months. I have paid registration fee and my first EMI was deducted in the month of October. I am chasing Mr.Nishant from more than ** days to confirm that my loan was converted to ** months. Every time he is saying that "i will check with my manager and confirm". Now i am nearing my second EMI and he told me that from his side he cannot do that process and and i need to check with mentor or else if we cannot afford, only way is to cancel the course. I have received message from Byjus that my second EMI is due on *th and i should maintain enough balance. I even forwarded the message to him. I request you to please intervene and help in this matter.
