I was using the Airtel Mobile No.********** till **th may ****. on **nd may **** i have paid pospaid bill Rs. ****/- my mistake but the bill was Rs.****.**/-.
I have made a complaint through E-mail on **nd may ****.
from **/**/**** towards I am regular trying to refund my excess amount , I have already given all proofs regarding payment and bank statement for comfirmantion that I have not reveived the excess amount. But they said we have refund the said amount.
they are not giving me any proof that they transferred the said amount in my account.
So Please Resolve the issue .
