I am using *** postpaid plan on my mobile. Every month I expect bill amount around *** to ***, but this time they have charged me * rupees more for bill payment month May and June. I haven’t utilised entire limit of messages and still bill have been charged for extra uses. So, I tried to reach them multiple time through Airtel Thanks App and IVR but nothing happened after raising request through these options. Hence, I request you to take this concern to them.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
