I have requested for prepaid to postpaid convertion on **th April **** thru airtel app. Got an SMS stating that services will be suspended for ** minutes. But from **th night i am not getting any services. I tried send emails but they ask me send from registered email from which i actually sent. Attached screenshot. Till now there is no response. Customer care executives disconnecting the call as soon as they hear me speaking english
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
