Aakash Giri filed complaint against OYO on May 2, 2023
Kindly process the urgent refund as the hotel that was booked was denied to provide the room as I paid the * days per payment asked from the OYO executive team.
I have booked a hotel in Varanasi from *st to *th may but at last moment hotel staff denied to provide the same.
Already registered the complaint on your cx care .
The team also provided another hotel but asked for prepayment to book the same but I denied to pay.
Asking for the final time kindly process my request and initiate the refund as your executive also told me that it will reflect within ** hours.
Attached the booking id for * to * may that one of your executive asked me to pay three times for the same.
