I have purchased a puma rsx shoes from ajio and the product I got was different from what I ordered. I had placed a return request for the same on the day it got delivered, the product has been picked up from my home on (**/**/****) and now it's been a month still now the refund is not initiated from their side. I request you to kindly help me get my refund back from ajio as soon as possible.
