Abhishek Singh filed complaint against OYO on Oct 27, 2022
I was refused to check in to the hotel I made booking from OYO and then after OYO didn't Refunded my money saying they will refund after * days when your booking period is over. I contacted them after two days after **-** calls they "OYO" decided to refund via NEFT. I have their confirmation mail. It's been ** days now and I have been trying to connect with OYO team but after more than ** tries and wasting * Hrs. I was unable to connect with them. They just either put my call on hold for * Hr. and disappear or they just say we are transferring your call to service department and that never happens. I don't have any other option left. I can only file a complaint against OYO.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
