Ajio app - Ajio wallet amount deducted from ajio

I had *** in my wallet which Ajio has sent to some bank without my knowledge and claims that I have requested to bank transfer which never happened and been sent to some bank which details are not shared.
When raised the complaint to grevience team they replied stating your bank has received the money check the rnr number.
I m asking them for the details of the bank they are not responding and I shared my bank statement to where they are not responding.
When I checked in here I see lot of complaints raised against them.
