Ajio app - Item recieved without tag and now they are not accepting the item without tag

I ordered items from ajio they came without tag and when I tried the items they does not fit me because they were larger in size so I filed a return request. When the person came to pick up the items he said there is no tag on it so I cannot pick these items. You ask ajio customers to help you on this matter but Ajio customer care executives are not picking up my calls nor they are replying by mail. That is why I want to file a complaint against them. It’s highly unprofessional of them.
