I have purchased prayas jee **** by mistakely I want to Swift my batch to Arjuna **th jee **** but customer support of physics wallah told me to buy another batch and fill a form form to get refund of previous batch which is a very lengthy process for as aspect of students. physics wallah refund policy take more time and as per policy of physics wallah if purchasing of a course old than ** days then it can it can't be shift to another batch. But the process of refunding take more than ** days that's why my policy be expired which is spam with consumer of physics wallah it's so deny with loyalty of consumer with physics wallah foundation
