Zoomcar India Private Limited - Refund pending from Zoomcar

Aman chandak filed complaint against Zoomcar India Private Limited on Apr 3, 2020

I have booked a Zoomcar for *st May but due to this lockdown I have canceled the booking, and Zoomcar showed me the refund of the entire amount will be credited to me for the same.
I canceled the sam on **th and on the Zoomcar app it is showing the refund is been sent to my card on **th but I am still waiting for the same.
The amount is ***** and Zoomcar booking id is JPS*NOK**.
I have dropped multiple messages to Zoomcar but there is no response for the same.
Also, their toll-free number isn't reachable.
I am not sure what can be done here, the amount is huge and I need the same soonest possible.
