I booked a car on **th August,**** from Zoom car (Booking ID- JPS*N*PR*) which they cancelled, just ** mins before the booking time
It has been more than ** days (* Months) that I have not received the refund amount of ₹*,***.
I have complained many times through emails and phone calls, but received no reply from Zoom car.
And moreover, I didn’t cancel the booking, they were not able to provide the car.
Firstly it’s their mistake as they cancelled the car just ** mins before the booking time and secondly inspite of their mistake they are not giving my money back.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
