I got delivery of ladosa design partywear saree on **st March **** and order id was SO********* but for bad quality on the same day on **st march **** I have requested for return and one boy came to my home and collect the same product and the return id was SON***************** and after that on **th June after a long time I got the feedback that my return request has been rejected and the reason is (wrong product) but how is it possible as I had handover the same product to the pickup guy which I received.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible and resolve it and this is my *nd mail to your customer care as I don't receive any reply of my first mail.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
