Happyeasygo.com - Refund pending from last 4 months

I had cancelled my air ticket with airlines in march. They had initiated the full refund which will go to vendor and then vendor further had to push the refund.
Vendor i.e. happyeasygo gave me ** days for which i waited patiently but still not got the refund. Everytime they demand for more time
