I made a booking via Happyeasygo , but the flight was cancelled by airline due to corona lockdown. I confirmed with airline they have already processed the refund but after * and a half months I have not received refund from happyeasygo. I have written to them many times and every time getting same response that it will take ** -** days. It seems they are not doing any thing at all.
