we group of * people had booked trip for Kashmir in the month of February **** with Shoes on Loose Private Limited based in New Delhi. Since due to covid-**, our trip got cancelled. Hence we contacted the owners through email and phone. Several requests and emails were exchanged for refund or rescheduling. The reply we got on **.**.**** stating that trip can be rescheduled and booking is valid till **.**.****. As of date, the website is not working of travel company. Neither our calls are answered on contact numbers given to us. We have no idea about our advance payment made to travel company and with whom its lying. Proforma Invoice for the advance payment issued by travel company and email from them are attached herewith as an evidence.
