I was a customer of colive Oasis. Me and my brother stayed at room number ***. We bought a puppy to our room as there was no rules for pets written in the colive hand book ( I have the evidence for that), as we bought a puppy to our room the people who came for survey that is Abhijith and team asked us to vacate the room as pets are not allowed in the property. We completely agreed and we asked them permission to stay for * more months as our lock in period will be over with in * months. And we told them we will vacate by then, but they told us in a polite way that "We have to vacate within * days and they also informed us that they will cancel our notice and lock in period and they promised us that we will get our security deposit on Feb **th. " We were informed to vacate the room on **st Jan; they gave us a time of * days to vacate the room and we vacated on the *th day that is **st Jan. Why I am writing this is because, we got a settlement details in our mail that there is zero refund for the security deposit as we did not complete our * months stay in Oasis. The thing is Colive people asked us to vacate the room immediately and the check out was not planned by us and we were informed that they will cancel our lock in and notice period etc., but see our condition now .
You can check our payment history also there is no dues pending.
Even, Abhijith informed me that Colive will deduct only * days rent and we will get our rest of the amount on **th Feb.
The thing is that nobody is aware of this issue except Abhijith, and the survey team and the floor manager. when ever we contacted the back office they told me they will check about it and later there will be no response from their side.
My deposit amount was ***** and my brother paid ***** so total a sum of ***** needed to be refunded and if they deduct * days rent also no issues but we need our deposit back.
I kindly request to refund our security deposit back as soon as possible. We trusted you people and we stayed there but after vacating; if your not ready to refund our security deposit means what will we do and what is the right part in this.
We just agreed everything without an argument.
Even, I asked Abhijith that whether we need to mention the check out details in the colive app and he told me no need to mention that in the app.
I if you need any evidence means you can send a mail and I will forward the proof etc,.
