I have ordered an Online MNP request from Jio To VI on *th March **** and they didn't delivered my sim and their delivery man blocked me on *th March and then on *th March **** I canceled the ordered but the money has not been received yet in my account from VI , When I call they only say it will be refunded within next ** hours and this drama is continued till now today *th April * approximately * month left but money is not refund.
