I have mailed so many times to yatra Dated - **.**.****,**.**.****,**.**.****,**.**.****,**.**.****,**.**.****, **.**.****, **.**.****,**.**.****,**.**.****,**.**.****,**.**.****,**.**.****,**.**.****,**.**.**** for cancellation of my holiday home for Andaman. Yatra booking reference no is YH*******, and interaction no is YA:********, YA********, . As per govt guide line all India is lock down for Corona virus till June ** ****. So travel is not possible during this period.
As per the mail after a long time Yatra has refund me Rs *****.** (land package) out of total booking amount Rs *****/-. But remaining amount of Rs ***** not refunded to me till date.
I am paying extra interest Rs **** to my credit card every month for this booking as I have paid the money through my credit card.
I have already discussed with one staff member from Yatra Mr.Vinay regarding my refund but he is not responding to my msg.
As in this situation money is essential for every Indian.
So kindly cooperate me for refund my money as soon as possible by which I can use my money in this critical situation for my family members.
Today i.e on **.**.**** they mailed me that total amount Rs ***** is not refundable they make a credit cell.
But as per Yatra policy if any one cancelled the booking before one month of travel then only token amount will be non refundable and remaining amount will be refundable.
I have mailed to yatra since **.**.**** for my cancellation and my travel date was **.**.****. but at that time they did not process the same now they are requesting me for credit cell.
So kindly I want your intervention as money is very much required in this situation.
