I installed a Jio Fibre connection in my house in Whitefield, Bangalore. I paid for a year subscription but due to poor service, I had to cancel the connection on ** July, ****. The device was supposed to be picked up within ten days but even after one month it has not been picked up and refund has not been processed. I have even raised three complaints for the same. The complaint number is SR*****CGD*W. The POC from the company is Mr Sunil (**********).

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
