I purchased jio fiber connection and paid for * year by April ****. By July * the service got disrupted after keep on following up got it resolved by July **. Now once again the service got disconnected when the jio engineer visited on September * to rectify my neighbor's internet problem they disconnected ours by mistake and left and since that day I am following up with jio it's gone more than a week. Till now no resolution and not able to get hold of anyone if we call customer care they keep on telling that they have escalated the issue and it will be addressed
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
