However, despite numerous attempts to communicate with him regarding these promises post-installation, Mr. Tiwari has failed to respond to any of my inquiries or complaints.

It is evident to me that Mr. Tiwari's actions were deceitful and aimed at misleading customers into accepting Jio Fiber services under false pretenses. His lack of response and failure to honor the commitments made prior to installation reflect poorly on the integrity and professionalism of Jio Fiber as a service provider.

I urge you to take appropriate disciplinary action against Mr. DP Tiwari for his unethical behavior and breach of trust. Additionally, I request that the promises made to me prior to installation, including the increase in internet speed and the provision of Amazon Prime membership, be fulfilled without further delay.
