- Refund of plane tickets not received yet which were cancelled due to corona Open

I had booked * return tickets of Spicejet from Via.com to travel to Tirupati from Mumbai on **nd February ****. My PNR No. is DGEC*U. My travelling dates were **th & **st March ****. But due to corona virus the flights were cancelled by the government and told to refund the money back to the passengers. I confirmed my tickets were cancelled with Spiecjet on **nd July **** & they also told me that the refund amount is already been credited back to Via.com. So many days have passed but still my money is not yet received back to me.
