Asus - Refund of my mobile amount

My Asus Rog * mobile got malfunction two times before, and they had changed the mother board for both case. Now the same device got dead and have to change the mother board again. So i told them to refund or replacement for it. But they refused and told me that it is possible only for repairing.

Service center is around ** km away from my home. I have to spent minimum **** rs for each time to reach the service center. I had already * times visited the service center for submit and collect the mobile.
As i gave them lots of time to give me a satisfactory result, they unable to do so.
So i decide to refund back the money for the device and want my reimbursement for my losses and also the travelling allowance for visiting to SC multiple times.
