I booked a flight ticket on Yatra with Indigo.
I cancelled the ticket within ** hours and according to them amount is refunded to Yatra.But i didn't got any amount .
SMS REPLY FROM INDIGO :
Dear *E customer, we have processed your request under PNR IE*TMF. Kindly contact your booking agent to claim the refund amount (if any). For any assistance, you may call us at ****-*******
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
