I have booked my ticket from Delhi to kozhikode for me and my friend. I locked the price at ***** at ** sept. And after some days when I went to pay the price, at the payment page it was showing that I have to pay *****. When I called their customer service they said that I can pay the amount and the money that they took extra from me will be refunded in ** hours. So I went forward and payed the money and after that day I received zero calls regarding that so I called them. When I called them they said that I is a problem occurring because of the price of tickets are currently rising. So their team is working on that case and they said it will take another ** hours or ** to ** hours. Until ** October they are saying the same thing, that their team is working on it and they will call you in ** to ** hours or ** hours. And everytime I call them I always mentioned that I need that money as soon as possible because I need to book my return ticket from kozhikode to Delhi and as the problem was occurred due to the rising price of the ticket and I don't want it to happen again like early. And at ** th October they said that your money will be refunded in * days and the evidences is also given. They made me pay extra and made me waste my time waiting. Please resolve these
